Amanda Leachman

For 15 years, I led transformation and operational execution across startups, mid-sized firms, and Fortune 100 companies—helping businesses navigate complexity, align teams, and drive lasting change.

But in late 2024, I took an intentional pause—and felt a 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘱𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵, this time in service to others.

As a former high-level gymnast and CrossFit Games athlete, I know how the discipline, resilience, and focus developed in sport translate to leadership, business, and life.

But I also know the weight of peak performance and the disorientation that follows when it ends. My own journey to rediscover who I was beyond sport took over a decade, and it’s what drives my passion to help athletes navigate that shift with more clarity and support.

Alongside my lived experience, I hold a certification in sports nutrition (CISSN) and am currently pursuing a master’s in kinesiology and physiology to deepen my work in athlete development and performance.

At the heart of it all is the belief that storytelling can spark change—and that athletes need space to have the conversations no one’s having.

My goal is to create environments where identity, self-worth, and life beyond sport can be explored with honesty, vulnerability, and strength. Because success isn’t just about what happens on the field. It’s about what happens next.
